Back in December, when Big Ten commissioner Jim Delany first talked about possible expansion, he said the Big Ten would explore expansion within the next “12-18” months.

Well, a short nine months later, here we are: 12 teams, two divisions, and a conference championship game scheduled for 2011. More expansion is sure to come, but for now let’s just take some time to take everything in.

Is it that difficult to get some different songs running? There are, literally, millions of hours of new music generated every year. We can't find three minutes' worth of that music that's appropriate for a stadium?
